Chair Yoga with Ellen Cohen

Scarsdale Public Library

A free, one-hour seated yoga class on Zoom for all skill levels, held most Tuesdays at 11 AM. The class builds strength and stamina and includes gentle stretching and guided meditation. Register for each session to receive the Zoom link by email. (The library also offers it in hybrid and in-person formats, plus related classes like “Musical Chair Yoga” and “Fitness Flair in the Chair.”)
